Regulations for granting patronage

Patronage is a symbolic form of membership and a demonstration of appreciation by Visit San Donato Val di Comino for initiatives deemed worthy.

The regulation

Who can request it

Visit San Donato Val di Comino is a project conceived and supported by Living Ciociaria APS to promote the area and its excellent tourism, culture, and food and wine offerings. The Association can grant its patronage to associations, committees, non-profit organizations and foundations, public service companies, and individuals.

Sponsorship authorizes the use of the Visit San Donato Val di Comino logo in all forms of promotion of the initiative: press releases, posters, flyers, brochures, and catalogs. Material prepared after the granting of the sponsorship must be approved and authorized by Visit San Donato Val di Comino and Living Ciociaria.

The granting of patronage does not constitute a requirement for the recognition of financial contributions or any other economic or other benefit.

30 days

at least a minimum amount of time before the date of the initiative to submit the request, completed in its entirety.

15 days

within which the Living Ciociaria Board of Directors will express its opinion upon receipt of the complete request.

21 days

within which, in the event of a negative opinion, the reasons are communicated.

Criteri

Admission to patronage

Before completing the forms and preparing the attachments, please read the guidelines carefully and follow the instructions. Granting legal aid is not required by law: the request in no way implies a response.

It can be granted for initiatives that

  • contribute to the touristic, cultural, environmental, artistic, economic, social and sporting growth of the community, encouraging active participation and a shared cultural identity;
  • promote agricultural, industrial, artisanal, commercial and tourist activities of general interest to the community;
  • are aimed at developing solidarity and inspired by principles of tolerance;
  • respond to the programmatic and statutory guidelines of Visit San Donato.

Initiatives that are considered to be

  • in clear contrast with the aims of Visit San Donato;
  • damaging to the image of Visit San Donato.

Benefits

Forms of sponsorship

The sponsorship allows you to benefit from

  • use of the Visit San Donato logo;
  • visibility of the event on all Visit San Donato digital channels, website and social media;
  • facilitated access, according to economic agreements, for the preparation of bureaucratic procedures.

Upon request, at the discretion of the Board of Directors

  • the use of Visit San Donato facilities, at the times and in the ways indicated by the Council;
  • the use of the available equipment owned by Visit San Donato, at the times and in the ways indicated by the same.

The procedure

How to apply

The decisions of the Board of Directors are communicated promptly to the applicant.

Fill out the application

The application is completed using the appropriate form and must be sent to the President of Living Ciociaria at least 30 days before the event begins.

Attach the program

A detailed program and all the information necessary to evaluate its eligibility must be attached to the written application.

Use the logo

With the concession, the organizers have the right and duty to cite the sponsorship in promotional materials and to use the Visit San Donato logo for the duration of the initiative.
